Congressional districts

Hover over or tab to a district for its voter details. Click a pen, then click precincts on the map, or turn on the brush and paint many at once. Districts must stay connected, and the largest district may have at most 10% more voters than the smallest.

This state, its precincts, and every voter in it are fictional: randomly generated, or built by you with "Build a state". Districts start empty for you to draw. Every voter's choice is known, so all results are exact counts.
